Payment and Security:
We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Orders are transmitted in encrypted format to our secure server, ensuring your privacy. We hold a secured server certificate by Equifax Secure Global eBusiness CA-1. Credit cards are billed at the time the order is submitted. Residents of New York State will be charged sales tax.
Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 per order and is added at checkout. We ship Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Most products are shipped within 1-2 weeks. If there are any problems with your delivery, we will notify you by e-mail. We do not ship to P.O. boxes; please ensure that the delivery address is a street address.
Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of your purchase we will exchange the merchandise or issue a credit. To exchange or return the merchandise, please mail merchandise in its original packaging and include your name, invoice number, reason for return (or new item/size requested if an exchange) and mail to:

Your charge card will be credited once the returned merchandise has been received. If an exchange is requested, we will ship the new item within one to two weeks.
